Wow, Mark Meadows flips!

They're the ones kicking in the doors of homes. That's not self-defense, that's hostile aggression.

Your choice to kneel down armed only with a strong letter of protest and a little can of pepper spray. :)

I'm not saying "kneel". It's fine to defend oneself. If I ever think I'll need to buy a weapon I will. I'm saying don't go out looking for trouble like the proud boys or antifa. We're not like them.

it's his opinion that trumps case had no merit.

opinions are like assholes. you don't really want people to see it but if they do make sure its clean.

It's not Meadows' opinion of trump's case the prosecution is after. The prosecution is after Meadows describing the illegal acts both trump and Meadows participated in to try to overturn the will of the people.

His testimony will be backed up by everything on his phone, emails, and others’ testimony.
He most likely will also be asked about all the records he burned in his office fireplace.

I know. Je-suze either does not understand what turning state's evidence is or he's being purposefully obtuse.

I'm going for what's behind door #2.

He would not get a deal if he could not back it up with documents. He is already a proven liar.

I know. As Phan-taz just pointed out there is documentation. There are texts. There are emails describing illegal acts such as the fake elector scam.

Jay-suse is either not smart or is trolling. Mayhaps a little of both.

You addressed my concern. As the poll shows trump is ahead. And that's with 100 indictments against him. Just think how much the low-brow voter will react if and when trump's convicted. It's not going to be a cake-walk for either of them, and right now as the poll you posted shows, it's 50/50.
True what the polls show. What did the polls say in 2016? :D

Again, I'm guessing Trump won't be in a position to be nominated.

No need to go looking for trouble. Do you know how to shoot? If not, at least buy a pellet gun and practice aiming at a distant target. Go take lessons at a pistol range.

If Trump's Troopers come marching down the street kicking in doors, it's best to "Be Prepared". :flagsal:

Oh, my. You really don't think he'll be nominated? I think the chances he'll be nominated are 100%. I thought we were discussing the Biden/trump general election which will be a toss-up, IMO.

Who do you think will win the GOP nomination?

I have my rifle-shooting merit badge. I am prepared. I prefer not to expect civil war in Western Washington.

You live in TX, you have a right to be worried. Isn't Texas where the saying, "He needed killin'" come's from?

Yes. I doubt he'll be on the ballot. Even if he is, there's a good chance that several states will disallow him being on the ballot due to the 14th Amendment.

Trump being the nominee is the best chance Biden has for winning the election.

Probably DeSantis, but there's a lot of dust to settle between now and next July.

Excellent. Good. Me neither, but there could be problems.

Not me, but if America takes a turn toward fascism, I'll be with the Resistance.

I love your optimism. So, whatever a lower court decides will go to the Supreme Court. What's the Supreme Court's majority right now? Alito, Thomas, Kavanah and the rest of them. You really think they'll uphold the lower courts' rulings? Would you like to buy some Florida swampland? LOL.

Remember Bush v. Gore? The court was even less conservative then.

There will be threats. There will be harassment. There will be doxxing. There will not be shooting in the streets. trumptards are too cowardly to risk their own lives.

I think most of SCOTUS will vote for the Constitution, not fascism.

I tend to agree. Like the Jihadist terrorists, they hope to use the Internet to incite Lone Wolf nutjobs to do the dirty work or to groom patsies for it.

They overturned Roe v. Wade. Settled law for over 30 years. BUT one of the tenants of conservatism IS states rights. So, if Colorado's lower court, for example, rules that trump can't be on the ballot - the chances are good - that is if SCOTUS is consistent.
