We live in a polarized era, TOP,
and there are no indications that it will get anything other than more so if that's possible.
Bipartisanship speaks as much to reality as unicorns do.

Congressional votes are party line votes, and we all know it.
A House of Representatives whose majority will get NO bills signed by the POTUS from a different party
has no function whatsoever other than to shut the government down at budget time.
The Republicans could do that with one of the genuinely certifiable members like MTG or Gaetz wielding the gavel.
