It depends on the court case. It's also up to the prosecution to prove to a Judge and jury, beyond a reasonable doubt in the criminal cases, that Pedo Don is guilty as charged.

What is painfully dumb is TrumpDerps now convincing themselves that 'coercion' in the Justice systems is not constitutional or that nothing counts if coerced.
From being investigated to arrest and indictment is ALL part of the coercion process by the State, put on the individual to submit, comply, plead guilty or fight it in court.
Coercion is the basis component in all such State actions, as the threat of conviction looms at each stage.
So now suddenly Trumpderps think 'coercion' is some magic bullet to get Trump off when it is always present and always accepted.
Tell you what TrumpDerp, try and explain what a serious crime prosecution would look like that did not involve any coercion?

EVERY court proceedings where a person is being indicted and their liberty is at risk, is a coerced proceeding.
So you need to let the SC know quickly your big brain insights that no such court proceedings are legal.

Just for the record, since another dumb poster is also pushing this line, he is not correct.
Coercion loosely means being forced to participate under any threat of force, such as being locked up, when you otherwise might prefer to just stay home and ignore them.
All of criminal law indictments involve coercion. Each and every one. The 'you can plead guilty and get X or fight and get Y' is all State coercion.

You addressed my concern. As the poll shows trump is ahead. And that's with 100 indictments against him. Just think how much the low-brow voter will react if and when trump's convicted. It's not going to be a cake-walk for either of them, and right now as the poll you posted shows, it's 50/50.
