Trump is the most popular and beloved Republican politician with the GOP base in the 21st century.

The most remarkable thing about this is how conservatives have come to worship Trump.

I have almost no doubt Trump would crush Ronald Reagan in a GOP primary.
 
Now that Trump is close to being fully exposed and those with the capacity to be embarrassed by him are, what do we do about the Tex Cruzes and the Lindasy Grahams and the Gym Jordans?
 
Many of them are desperate to try to separate Trump from the Republican party as a whole.

I think the Republican party will suffer for a few years.

Mark Meadows plea deal will require him to tell all he knows truthfully in court about what Trump did and acted upon.

The reason Mark is making this deal is because he does not want to go to jail so he is not going to risk blowing up the deal by lying or holding back info Jack may have corroboration on thru other people.

Mark Meadows and Rudy are the two most damaging 'in the room' people with Trump who can give the info to put Trump away for a long time.

There are no longer any republicans. they are just Trumpers. So as Trump goes so to does the party.

I think the name 'Republican' will have to be dropped when this party burns and tries to rise again, as too many on the right will associate with Republican with 'RINO' as Trump labeled every true republican a RINO. Maybe they come back officially as the 'GOP'.

This week seems to be a real turning point for Trump.

He has fucked the House of Representatives and the cases against him have gotten much worse.
