I would be very surprised if the prosecution gave Rudy a deal. Rudy is more likely to die of an alcohol induced coma before that.

They're free to argue that point, but over 1000 hours of Law & Order shows have taught me that the privilege is negated if the lawyer and client are involved in a criminal enterprise. To wit: conspiring to overthrow an election.

Me too, but if Rudy gave the prosecution a smoking gun, they might give him a deal. Not a walk, but something like home arrest for 10 years. Obviously, a lot better than medium security prisons in Georgia.
As others have pointed out, all of the plea deals here are sure to come out on the Federal level.
Maybe, IF they dont already have a smoking gun... which seems likely by now.

I'd say 5 or so will end up at trial.
The key question to me is which of Eastman, Giuliani or Meadows flip, as I strongly suspect one will and will get a really good deal considering, and then Fanni will not take any of the others in that core group.
These are the key indicted not named Trump.

Fake electors and other minor players make up the rest.
I think the bulk of evidence coming from the 3 who plead guilty will point squarely at Giuliani and Eastman primarily.

In most normal cases i would agree, that once the smoking gun is obtained there would be no more deals for any others.
i do think Fanni and Jack Smith see this case differently. They recognize the unique threat that is Trump, with his cult like following and his run for POTUS, and for that reason, i think if every single person wants to turn on Trump, so he stands alone at trial with everyone else pointing the finger at him and corroborating one another, Fanni (and Jack) will find some room, and enticement for a deal. Each deal will not be as sweet as the prior deals, but still way better than losing in court and facing the rest of your life in a prison.
