Thrump's problems are all his own fault due to his utter lack of respect for laws and regulations. You rightys are so wrong, so often. Trump breaks laws and he should face justice. If you think he did not steal a truckload of documents, you are nuts. If you think he did not create a big lie about the election, you are deluding yourself. If you think he and his gang did not plan and have an attempted insurrection, you are blind. He was involved in a plot to steal voter machines. He tried to get 6 states to overthrow the election results. The list is long and horrific.

So? How many border patrol and customs officers have been injured or killed as a result of this open border invasion? Texas had to launch a full scale law enforcement invasion on an island in the Rio Grande river that drug cartels had taken over and Biden was doing nothing about.

That 3-hour riot at the capitol was a joke. But I get that it's all the radical Left has to use as ammunition as a modicum of violence against Trump.

Both are CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS being taken without a jury trial.
