trump did usher in the era of uneducated, unqualifed individuals getting elected to Congress by uneducated voters who think this is a game. Many never bothered to vote in the past, and this is great fun.

The threat of a primary challenge has quite a few otherwise rational legislators acting like fools. (Privately admitting that trump has to go)

This goes away when trump is rotting in hell. It can't come soon enough

Barring a miracle, I think trump locks it up. Even though he doesn't want the job. I believe Cheney planned to run from the moment she was primaried. I believe she wins over the majority of Republicans.

Her platform doesn't attract Independents who don't lean Right, but she'll take enough votes from trump to save the nation.

Nobody claimed that trump did anything specifically after '18. In fact, every day he breathed air he worked to destroy the nation, taking the Republican party with him.

Actually, it was Bernie who brought out a lot of young voters who loved the sound of free college. AOC ran with it and surprisingly unseated a very popular long serving progressive representative of the district.

You can try and draw parallels, but the squad is a very small segment of a party that does not have a substantial % who support a domestic terrorist.

AOC runs circles around any MAGA when it comes to intellect. Just watch her during committee hearings, and compare it to Boobies and GEICOguy.

After? I was referencing how he undercut Republicans who both disagreed with him and were running for reelection thereby causing the Democrats to win the House with a net gain of 41 seats.
