More goodies coming out of Court yesterday as a Cushman Wakefield appraiser took the stand and testified the Trump org fraudulently made up a claim and submitted it to their banks that the respected Real Estate and appraisal firm Cushman Wakefield has ALSO independently appraised a Trump property when they had done no such thing.

Why does someone do that? Because when you are providing fraudulent representations, showing an outside respected body who specialized in this field has already done the work and came to that conclusion, that can allow the bank to check the box, and use that as their diligence point.
