A NORMAL, civilised human being is also in possession of an innate sense of human dignity (worth, value) such that human life is regarded as
SACRED. Human beings have a
RIGHT TO LIFE; this is written in "black and white" in your own
"Declaration of Independence" The "Right to Life" that Jefferson says is "unalienable,"; i.e. NO ONE can take from you, is a
NATURAL RIGHT THAT IS GIVEN TO YOU BY GOD (Jefferson meant the God of Christianity, but - for various reasons - (one being that he was something of a pretentious wanker who rarely had the guts to lay his intellectual cards on the table) he "chickens out"calls God - the "Creator"). Also Jefferson copied that famous passage of the "Declaration of Independence from the work of John Locke. Instead of talking about the (Natural) Right to life that all human being possess; it would have been better to emphasise the
MORAL DUTY that the Right to life is derived from. That is you have a duty, a moral obligation not to take another person's life; i.e. not to kill/murder them. Says who ? Says God ! God says it is
WRONG/VERY BAD to take away another human being life by killing/murdering them by whatever means. So He says, I am commanding you NOT to do this. I am telling you that you have a DUTY/an OBLIGATION never to behave in this manner. All human beings DO, absolutely, have an unalienable RIGHT to LIFE/B]But it seems to me that the best way to convey this fact this is by emphasising the moral DUTY/ OBLIGATION that is coupled to the Natural (moral) RIGHT. DO NOT EVER/ THOU SHALLT ("must") NOT kill /murder another living human being. You have an OBLIGATION, a DUTY NOT TO DO these things (unless maybe there is some kind of very strong legal or medical justification for ending a person's life, but I don't want to open that tin of worms. Suffice to say that for ordinary, normal adult human beings it is absolutely forbidden to take the life of another individual by killing/murdering them).
Anyway, to continue.... The thing is that NORMAL, CIVILISED HUMAN BEINGS, don't carry around a gigantic instruction manual throughout their lifes, so they can know what is moral behaviour and what is immoral behaviour. Someone who owns an automic weapon does have a Big Book of Moral Behavior" that they have to consult when they are wondering if it is a good thing to mow down an innocent 8 year old who is playing basket ball in his Elementary School during break. I mean, people don't look up some Giant reference book of what behaviours are RIGHT and WRONG, before they decide how to act. The reason I would never - (y'know just for something to do because I was bored) - blow away an innocent 8 year old with automatic fire from an AK-47 rifle - is not because I looked up this big book and on page 458 under SECTION (A), Subsection (XII) "BLOWING AWAY 8 YEAR-OLDS WITH AK-47s" The book says:You must never kill an 8 -year old with an Automatic firearm. You must never, ever do this, because it is viewed as an EVIL act in America and if you do do it, you will end up in extremely serious trouble. You could well be imprisoned for life or, in some state, receive Capital Punishment. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT EVER DO THIS. Now there is , of course, no such thing as a "BIG, COMPREHENSIVE, DETAILED, OFFICIAL, REFERENCE BOOK OF MORALS" sitting on a special, highly-polished, antique Maple-wood, plinth in the parlour of every American household. Right? That is because most normal, civilised American adults have an implicit or innate knowledge that human life is sacred- that human life has tremendous values, meaning and dignity. That it is absolutely wrong to deprive another person of the (Divine) gift that is their life Normal, civilised American adults didn't need to be taught this from a book or by a teacher; they JUST KNOW IT, - they JUST KNOW "IN THEIR BONES" IT IS TRUE. The knowledge that life is sacred and that it is ABSOLUTELY wrong to take another person's life is TRUE It is knowledge that is "hard-wired" into their very being. Or, as Calvin says it is (moral) knowledge that is "Carved Upon their Hearts" from the very beginning of their lives If over 7.5 million illegal aliens have now entered the US, I'd say that there is little doubt that anti-American, Islamic, terrorist organisations like HAMAS, for example, have already been able to establish "cells" inside the US.
FAILURES OF INNATE, MORAL CONSCIENCE/MORAL REASONING
I have a theory about morality that goes like this. Let's pick out two examples of behaviour that any normal, civilised person living in the West would find EVIL (profoundly wrong).
One is cannibalism. This takes place to this day among negro tribes in West Africa. Cannibal tribesmen, for example, hunt pygmies to eat. They capture them, place them in crude cages and when the time comes to eat them, they are taken out of their cages and murdered. Then the body is butchered to take different cuts of flesh from it, and finally these body parts are cooked Bar-B-Que style atop a fire. (The pygmys' penises and testicles are regarded as a delicacy and when cooked they are typically served up for the groups' Warlord/Chief (military) Commander. It is believed that eating the penis/testicles is empowering, and in the case of people like a tribe's Chief Warrior/Warlord, that it puts extra fighting spirit, daring/audacity/zeal into his performance on the battle field.
So, why are their still cannibals in Africa (and also in places like Borneo, Papua New Guinea) ? One common factor between African cannibals and Papuan cannibaliss is low IQ. These people have an EXTREMELY low IQ.
Secondly , there was an interesting connection discovered between psychopathy and Low IQ in a large, 2017, mainstream, scientific study. This study found that there was a robust (+) correlation between psychopathy and low IQ. That does not mean that
all psychopaths have low intelligence. Ted Bundy, for example, was an American psychopath ( a "Psycho-killer") who was caught and executed. Ted Bundy was well-known to have a very high IQ. The 2017 research, concludes that it is far more likely for a psychopath to have a substantially low IQ than to have superior (above 120 points) IQ. The latter is how Hollywood has always tended to portray its psychopathic serial killers - like Anthony Hopkins in
"The Silence of the Lambs." People who are psychopaths have no empathy for other persons, they are capable of torturing and murdering others (in horrible ways) and feeling no remorse or compassion. Rather, they remain: ruthless, callous and cold-hearted. To give a hypothetical example, a psychopath who lops off a peorson's head with a large machete, would feel about as much moral concern for what s/he had done as if they had just used the machete to split a large watermelon in half.
I agree with the science that argues general intelligence (IQ) in adults is
predominantly genetically - determined. Twin studies have shown that around 80% of an individual's general intelligence (IQ measure) is genetically determined. I agree, just on the basis of what I've seen in my day - to - day life and in my travels abroad. For instance, Australian aborigines have a well-validated, average IQ of 62. That's very low, and it explains why the
MAJORITY of full-blood aboriginals have never been able to successfully adapt to Western culture when it arrived in Australia with the English colonists in the late 1800s. Because the average aboriginal IQ of 62 points is, (I believe), about 80% genetic, there is nothing that can be done - in terms of external interventions - to help them integrate into civilised, Western society in Australia.
FOR DECADES, politicians have thrown countless billions of dollars at the countless social problems Aboriginals have (high crime rate, high rate of incarceration, high rate of school dropout, high rates of domestic violence, widespread alcoholism, incestuous relationships/sexual assault taking place between parents (esp fathers) and their own children (!), chronic unemployment/poverty and so on. The government aid money has been used to implement every kind of social support/skills training/special educational program, scheme, project, initiative that you could possibly imagine. Net result?
ZERO.
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO MENTION ANY OF THIS PUBLICLY, HOWEVER, BECAUSE IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE BRANDED A RACIST/NAZI and then probably have your livelihood threatened.
In the case of Arab Islamic terrorist organisations like HAMAS, there is a similar problem. Firstly low average IQ, a recent poster on JPP cited a figure for the average IQ of Palestinians in the GAZA STRIP, I cannot find that post now, but the average IQ cited was abnormally low. Add to this the fact that these people have been indoctrinated from a young age into believing the core tenets of the Koran, and also into the primitive and brutal practices of Shariah law and things begin to fall into place.Remember the Koran preaches Jihad or "Holy War" against the "infidel". The "infidel" is any one who is not a Moslem; and Allah commands that the infidel must either convert to Islam or "be put to the sword"

It is more like an innately violent, expansionist form of fascism that aims to conquer the globe Finally, the current generation of HAMAS terrorists have, since childhood, been raised in a militarised environment seething with fanatical hatred and acts of violence against Israel/Israelis.
So, still using the example of HAMAS, what you have is an organisation mostly comprised of low-IQ individuals who are- if the 2017 research I mentioned is correct - are innately disposed towards psychopath ic behaviour. Add to this the environment they have been raised in; namely one where an intrinsically violent religion is preached and where there is a paramilitary culture throughout the society, infused with bitter hatred, vengeance and violence focussed the annihilation of Israel Put it all together and you have some very fertile soil for the production of psychopaths. And that is what those HAMAS terrorists who carried out their appalling massacre in Israel on Saturday, 7th October this year were -
VIOLENT, MURDEROUS PSYCHOPATHS.
Naturally, Israel must annihilate them; they are unsalvagable as human beings in any case.
As for the Palastinian civilians living on the "Gaza Strip". They knew full well that they were being governed by HAMAS, and they knew full well that HAMAS was an Islamic terrorist organisation that had been committing violent atrocities for years. Don't tell me that they were not fully aware of this as I simply do not believe it. Many Palastinians in the Gaza Strip would also have known something about the assault that HAMAS had been preparing to execute on the 7th October, but did not warn the Israeli authorities, thus making them complicit in the atrocity. Finally, given that HAMAS literally GOVERN the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian civilians who continue live there must basically have no problem with the ongoing Palestinian terrorist assaults against Israeli They must, in fact,
tacitly sanction{/B], these barbaric outrages (?)
Given all of the above, my advice to Benjamin Netanyahu would be to launch his ground assault immediately, and not allow the Global media to threaten him with respect to the issue of civilian casualties in Gaza. Netanyahu should strive to do the very best he can in minimising civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip while he is eliminating HAMAS. It is not possible that a major Israeli ground assault through the GAZA STRIP could result in no Palastinian civilians being killed or injured. The way I see it, the most important military objective for Israel (and the civilised world) has to be the utter annihilation of HAMAS. If the only way that this goal can be achieved mean there is in some collateral loss of civilian life in the Gaza Strip, then so be it. There is no (righteous) moral alternative.

How would you like it , Concart, if you and your wife were watching television one evening when you heard a loud, splintery crash - (your front door has just been kicked in) - and three men wearing black ski-masks and black "Jump Suit" overalls carrying automatic arms suddenly burst into your living room. Imagine that two of the gunmen pointed their rifles directly at you and your wife to keep you frozen in your chairs while the third masked man then began to set up a metal tripod on which he finally secured a video-camcorder device. The masked man then tested the camcorder to ensure it was working properly. He then nodded curtly to one of his companions who quickly approached your wife where she was seated, and reaching out grasped a fistful of her hair and roughly yanked her out of her lounge chair and on to the wooden floor floor. Your wife began to scream, and the masked man slapped her viciously across the side of her face until she stopped. Next he dragged her across the floor to a place directly beneath the main ceiling lights in the room. Using the barrel his gun - an AK-47 - the masked man then motioned your wife to kneel in front of the camcorder device on the tripod. Your wife is screaming again in terror. The third masked man now walks up to your hysterical wife; he slaps her viciously across the face then brutally winds plastic duct tape over her mouth. One of the masked men then stands directly behind your wife and raising his arms and his gaze "heavenward", passionately wails some verses in what sounds like Arabic. He then brandishes a hunting knife that he has withdrawn from a leather sheath on his belt. Next he looks up - "skyward" - again and shreiks "ALLAH u AKBAR !!" He now bends over your kneeling wife from behind begins to steadily decapitate your wife with his knife. You cry out: Nooo!! God, Nooo!! But there is nothing you can do. When you see the light of life drain from your wife's eyes, you reflexly avert your gaze from the bloody butchery that is still in progess. But one of the masked men screams at you, raises his rifle and forces you to watch the unspeakable atrocity to its conclusion.. When the butcher is finished, he grasps the hair of the severed head and raises it up, shouting some religious motto in Arabic. The severed head - still dripping blood profusely - is then casually tossed into your lap where you are seated.But you cannot react, the extremity of the horror you have witnessed has frozen you with shock, you are sitting perfectly still and expressionless, your eyes are glassed - over and staring intently into some vague "middle-distance." Soon, one of the masked men, makes a comment to his companions, then he quickly walks up to where you are seated and presses the muzzle of the AK-47 he is carrying against your right temple. You hear a crisp, metallic, "click- slide-click" sound from the gun. You close your eyes and instinctively brace yourself for the lethal rounds. But, just then, there is a loud shout from one of the other two masked men in the room, and the gunman lifts the muzzle of his rifle from your head. An extremely heated argument then breaks out between the gunman and the other two masked men and it continues for about 3 terrifying minutes. When it finally ends, one of the masked men reaches into a leather, shoulder satchel his is carrying and offers the would-be executioner a cigarette, he also offers the other masked man a cigarette and then lights one up for himself as well. The tobacco has a remarkable effect on the three killers and before they have finished their cigarettes, the masked trio are chatting -and even chuckling - amicably among themselves. When they have finished their cigarettes, the masked man with the leather satchel reaches into it and pulls out an slim rectangular electronic device. He spends some time configuring the the instrument after which it makes three, high-pitched, electronic "beep" sounds. He then taps some more keys on the front of instrument and starts speaking into it. His speech is pressured and his voice has a blunt, unemotional quality. He only speaks for about 30 seconds before snapping the device shut and slipping it back into his satche. He then makes an "OK" sig with his thumb and index finger and flashes it to the other two masked men. One of the masked men then point to you. The man with the satchel says something in response, and then the three men all burst out in uproarious laughter. The satchel man now glances down and checks his wristwatch and mutters a few words to the other two. Next you see the three masked men walk out through the door in your lounge room together, then you hear them as they walk down the central hall towards the front of your house. You wait for a minute before removing your wife's bloody head from your lap, then, just as you get up out of the chair (that you have been sitting in throughout the entire nightmare), you hear the distinctive "coughing " sound of a diesel motor being started outside in your street You run to the front of the house in the hope that maybe you can identify the killer's vehicle. But as you stand - (trembling and still in severe shock) - on your front lawn at night looking out along your street, there is nothing to see. There is only the sound of a diesel-engined auto already fading rapidly away somewhere in the distance.
So, Concart. If the three masked men (obviously Arab Islamic terrorists) in this story were ever caught by the police or the FBI and ended up in Court, what sentence would you (personally) like to see the Judge hand down if they were all found "guilty."
