That would be a safe bet. The area where Fair Park is has a lot of that type. The last time I went was ~ 20 years ago. I made the mistake of going during the football game against two black colleges Praireview AM and Grambling (I Think) When the game let out it was a flood of people in gang colors I saw a fight break out. A gun was brandished but not used. I got my family out of there. I have not been back. I only really enjoy the animal exhibits anyway. I do hear it is safer now but the general area where it is at is questionable. 3 people hit , non life threatening injuries. No other info yet. The shooter and intended victim knew each other but bystanders got injured also.
