True, if that's what the evidence points to and the investigation concludes.
If he is found guilty what do you think his punishment should be.
Whatever is commensurate with the level of the offense.
If you want me to say he should get the same sentence as the most serious J6 offenders got, I'm not going to.
Many, if not most of the J6'ers got off with probation and no jail time. I would imagine something like that would be appropriate for him. Maybe a censure in the House. Loss of committee assignments, etc.
