You misinterpret what I wrote. I simply provided a pseudo math equation showing a reality. As Republican run cities rarely have large Black populations--there are some--the comparison is incomplete due to lack of data. I would postulate the major variable in the equation as given is the presence of a large Black population in an urban area irrespective of which party is in control. However, I would also speculate that Democrats make it far worse than Republicans, but that's just a matter of degree.
