Yeah, the only thing left on this one is to determine penalties. The estimate of the dollar figure for the fraud is up to $2.2 BILLION.

The judge didn’t just find simple fraud. He determined it to be persistent fraud, covering many years. Is that really a surprise to anybody?

the cascade effect on this for Trump is going to be awesome as he would have used those over inflated values as leverage and collateral on his business dealings outside of NYS.

So suddenly, just like that POOF, the biggest part of his asset base has zero value and all the bankers in other jurisdictions want to see that value, they were relying on as coverage, to be replaced or they will force the sales of his other businesses and withdraw lines and loans.

Every single case that Trump lost, and he has lost a lot in his litigious lifetime, is because the judge was of the wrong nationality, hated him, or did not follow the law. Rightys do not see a pattern. That pattern is Trump lied about every case. He was found guilty but by several grand juries. Those are citizens of many kinds agreeing that Trump broke the law and should face the wheel. The judges are not all crooks and picking on poor pitiful Donnie. Trump is simply dishonest. He has no respect for the law or regulations. That is why he was a threat in the Whitehouse.
