A prominent Russian pro-war blogger doubled down on his criticism of Putin from prison this week.

Igor Girkin, a former FSB operative, said he believes Russia is on the eve of collapse.

Girkin believes Putin and his defense officials haven't gone far enough in Ukraine.

A prominent Russian pro-war blogger is predicting the downfall of Russia from his prison cell just two months after he was arrested for criticizing President Vladimir Putin as a "cowardly mediocrity."

Putin is the father of modern Russia, and Russia is stronger that it has been in a very long time.

Horse Shit.

I am pretty sure that it was Putin who said the other day that Western aggression has made Russia better.

He also has no doubt but that hitching their wagon to China is the right call.

The West is going down in flames.

Buckle Up

If only his SMO had succeeded like it was supposed to, I would agree.
Losing 2,082 tanks, his flagship of the Black Sea, etc. was not in the plan.

You do know that Russia has almost doubled the size of its military in the last two years and that they produce more arms than all the West...

And that the Chinese make seven times what Russia does....

RIGHT

Both Putin and Xi have been shocked to find out how badly rotted out the West is.

That changes things.

I got told the other day that all through China and Russia now (and I know this is true of Afghanistan) all you hear about is "DeWesternization".

They are DONE DONE DONE

Buckle the FUCK UP!

The Russians are very happy with all of their new Chinese cars I hear.

The economy is booming, and people are working very long hours now to throw off yet another aggression against Russia, over which there have been so many over the centuries.

Americans are the most propagandized people who have ever been Jimmy Dore rightfully says.

And some of the must stupid.

This gets charged.

Buckle Up.

Here's my thing:

I found out a few years ago that during the Cold War the USA was shipping wheat to Russia...doing agricultural business. This fascinated me, as all my adult life I was told that we were in a life/death "Cold War" with the Soviet Union...and we had trade embargos on them to some degree.

Feeding the enemy that can start WW3? Didn't make sense.

So now after all these years of "economic sanctions" on Putin's Russia along with all the "oligarchs" running willy nilly and this poorly chosen war in Ukraine, some Russian war hawk's blathering doesn't impress me much.

There's always some back room BS going on that we, the American people, only find out years later (if ever).

And the band played on.

The Cold War wasn't USA vs USSR--not any any real level.

The Cold Was was actually
USA vs. USA dissidents
and USSR vs. USSR dissidents.

Each side cooperatively gave the other an excuse to persecute its own domestic dissidents.

Did you really think we were going to fling nukes at each other?

Russia, without the powerful Red Army conventional forces,
is more likely to lose it and fling nukes
than the short lived Soviet Union ever was.
