Who did Ray Epps conspire with? Conspiracy requires that you have at least 2 people that make some kind of agreement.
The majority of those charged with crimes and convicted of crimes on Jan 6th have only been been charged with and convicted of a misdemeanor.

LOL. It seems you can't read. Go back and read the post I was responding to. It claims Epps was part of a conspiracy. I asked for evidence of that conspiracy. No one has provided it.
Prosecutors require evidence to charge crimes. Without evidence of the conspiracy, no prosecutor other than a RW tool would bring charges because every court in the land would throw out an indictment that has no evidence supporting it.

I think weak charges are worse than no charges at all when it comes to folks who believe they've been fed fodder from the wrong end of a Bull. It doesn't seem possible that you would not understand how someone who already thinks that the current Administration and their political allies in places of power are using the government entities and power as a weapon against their political rivals might wonder why the charges took so very long and were so very weak overall, seems a bit like Hunter... If they did the same with him that they did to literally dozens of others, he would never have made it through any prison lunch. If they continued to pretend there is no Ray Epps, Tucker Carlson erased that from everyone's mind with his brilliant reveal of this "plant"?
