A misdemeanor????? Why was he not arrested and thrown into jail on Jan 7, like dozens and dozens of others? I was looking forward to Guano or brandonpresident posting that Ray Epps is getting the same 15 year sentence as other instigators.

Well, clearly they needed a longstanding, all encompassing in depth investigation to reach this conclusion for this impacting and very serious charge. I wonder how long the Grand Jury was out for this one? Did he stay in jail until they brought this hugely impacting massively far reaching charge like so many of the folks arrested and held without charges or bond?

The leftists will wonder why some folks are still asking questions. I can see why they just might be.

Nothing to wonder about. The House select committee presented evidence that Trump organized the attack. Seems self evident.

Sure, sure, Ray Epps is going to go to jail, and file a charade defamation suit so he doesn't blow his cover. But it seems as if that would TOTALLY blow his cover, if he was an FBI guy. Because, you know, discovery and all. The idea is so utterly stupid it doesn't even deserve comment.

You are aware that they are looking for a lot of other people who were involved. Or maybe not.

He ain't (oh no, the grammar protector may get me) going to jail for a misdemeanor charge. Stop your exaggerating. All I say there is I can see why some of the folks will see this as just mountains of smelly fertilizer to be fed to the fields of sweet propaganda they believe they are being served about Jan 6.
