discovery in this case will get the information to the public much faster than any congressional investigation.......
 
yes....the basis of the lawsuit is that whistleblowers should not be allowed to blow whistles because people have a right to privacy when they are laundering their bribe money through multiple LLCs......

Hunter Biden has sued the Internal Revenue Service, alleging its agents illegally released his tax information and that the agency failed to protect his private records.

LOL. Brilliant. However it is not guaranteed that it will get it to the public, unlike Democrat AGs dropping leaks from a Grand Jury, some judges actually control information leaks for personal and classified information.

First, it doesn’t fast track anything, appears Hunter is playing Trump’s legal game, which means everything and anything will be delayed, appealed, and postponed endlessly, at least past 2024, when the Freedom idiots will care less about Hunter

Second,they aren’t whistleblowers, real whistleblowers channel up complaints thru established outlets as the IG, just as Vindman had done, these clowns are disgruntled ex employees and individuals with connections to Trump interests

And lastly, if suing someone means trying to take away another’s First Amendment rights your Messiah then is the leading culprit because he sues just about anyone who would even criticize him

Whistleblowers are by definition revealing government wrong doing.
Hunter Biden doesn't work for the government and is not a government employee of any sort.
It is illegal for the IRS to reveal private information from a tax return without the tax payers consent.

The problem that may arise from this lawsuit is that Hunter Biden can't be charged for any tax crime because the government action was so egregious and illegal that all evidence against him is unable to be used in a court of law.

The lawsuit lists 16 different times that IRS agents or others revealed information about Hunter Biden and his tax returns in violation of the law.

The Conservative principle has always been that Conservatives are protected by the law but not bound to it, while everyone else is bound to the law but not protected by it.

Not actually playing Trump's game. This is starting to make the argument that Hunter Biden is being treated like no other tax payer and has actual evidence to prove it he is being treated worse. Trump's game is to make specious arguments to delay.
