The excerpts the Louisiana Republican read from “Gender Queer” and “All Boys Aren’t Blue” at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing were assuredly jarring.

Seriously, some fucking idiot relative sent this to my wife. That book has never been read in any public classroom ever. It's just utter bullshit. Here is a list of books that have ACTUALLY been banned from Florida classrooms.
