I am talking about Donald Trump being a CON MAN!

I never said he was an ex-convict! He is under arrest in 4 states with 91 felony charges held against him however.

The word CON used as a verb....

To CON someone is to knowingly deceive or take advantage of an individual (Or an entire nation or world, as in Donald Trump's case) after you have gained their confidence.
