build a wall and use for anything else in that location to ward off illegals (which would be considered using funds for a military purpose)--that
Trump diverted those funds for his own little personal agenda? Could you possibly define exactly how and where those funds were allotted by
Trump to use for his personal agenda. What personal agenda would that be? If you come up with any kind of believable answer, then it could
only be that Trump did use those funds to MAKE AMERICA GREAT and or use as a means to continue his America First agenda.

If you knew anything about appropriations, it would help. But your ignorance gets in the way.

Congress appropriated that $4 billion for MILITARY purposes, you know, the Pentagon. Trump, to try to get his little pet project, the wall going, took it. If you even have to ask what his pet project was from the very beginnings of his csmpaign, then it demonstrates how far your head has been inserted up your ass.

You see, moron, the President doesn’t have the authority under the Constitution to allot funds. Only Congress does.
