Hunter plead not guilty so the case is still open moron. They may come back with misdemeanor charges or they may come back with felony charges. The elements for a felony are certainly there. It is up to the DOJ. I suspect they will still recommend misdemeanors at this point because of daddy. Like I said I expect a cushy deal. Had Hunter just had an average dad he probably would have already served jail time for his crimes. I didn't expect to DOJ to indict on the gun charge but they told the Judge they will by the end of September.
