Hunter Biden is expected to be indicted on a federal gun charge by the end of September, Special Counsel David Weiss' team told U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika on Wednesday.

Noreika had set Wednesday as a deadline to hear from both sides about how to move forward on the diversion agreement that would have allowed Hunter Biden to avoid jail time for a felony charge of lying on a federal form when purchasing a firearm in 2018.

The expected charges come after an original plea agreement collapsed in July. Hunter Biden was expected to plead guilty in July to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge.

But Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware declined to accept the plea and pretrial diversion agreements with Hunter Biden during his first court appearance related to the charges. She described the DOJ's deal as unconstitutional, "not standard" and "different from what I normally see."

Hunter Biden was forced to plead not guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and one felony gun charge.

Since then, Attorney General Merrick Garland tapped Weiss to serve as special counsel with jurisdiction over the Hunter Biden investigation and any other issues that have come up, or may come up, related to that probe.

Fox News first reported in 2021 that police had responded to an incident in 2018, when a gun owned by Hunter Biden was thrown into a trash can outside a market in Delaware.

A source with knowledge of the Oct. 23, 2018, police report told Fox News that it indicated that Hallie Biden, who is the widow of President Biden's late son, Beau, and who was in a relationship with Hunter at the time, threw a gun owned by Hunter in a dumpster behind a market near a school.

A firearm transaction report reviewed by Fox News indicated that Hunter Biden purchased a gun earlier that month.

On the firearm transaction report, Hunter Biden answered in the negative when asked if he was "an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance.".....

Wow that surprises me. I thought Garland would block a felony indictment for Hunter. I'll believe it when I see it. Hunter might look good in orange.

Gun charges, income tax evasion, failure to register as a foreign agent, accepting bribery, using illegal drugs, money laundering…a few felonies here, a few felonies there and soon you have a crime family.

Biden raised a nice boy, Cocaine Hunter…the acorn does not fall far from the tree.

They should inquire as to why she threw the gun in the dumpster.
I really don't care about the gun, I care about what influence (his father's) he sold.

Good, I hope he will plead guilty to anything he’s guilty of. No special treatment for anyone. For a first offender, the previous plate deal was, from my experience, typical. I hope he doesn’t get treated worse because he’s the president son and the Republicans need political hay.

My friends son was recently busted in Oklahoma for having a gun and a pound of marijuana, he got 5 years probation.

As most Americans do... the Biden family corruption has gone on far too long...

Are you kidding me? They already let the statute of limitations expire on the most serious charges the income tax evasion charges. Hunter paid zero taxes on his Burisma income. Then he deducted the money he spent on prostitutes and he deducted a sex club as a company golf club membership and so far they aren't going after tax evasion

Marijuana laws are becoming harder to get convictions on. Too many users in juries. Prosecutors are giving generous deal rather than going to court.

Do you know that more than 95% of tax crimes go unprosecuted.

No they don’t, most Americans don’t give a rat’s ass about the politically motivated innuendo the Jimmy Jordan’s and Fox is propagandizing

That made-up corruption? You need to expand your reading. Right-wing sites are lying to you.
So Joe's not lying....? Then why is everyone scrambling to cover up forhim? As I've said many times before all Hunter has to do is give a full explanation of what's been going on... and tell the world that is Dad has never been involved with anything that's ever had anything to do with any of his business... what loving son wouldn't do that for his father if his father was innocent?

Every abuser of alcohol lies on their Back Ground check application!

Alcohol is a seriously addictive drug, and even though Guns and Alcohol certainly do not mix, NO ONE FUCKING CARES ABOUT THAT!

But, you can be assured that there are millions of alcoholics out there who possess guns, who also filled out Back Ground Check applications to obtain them.

One of the biggest double standards, of all times, in our Justice System!

Now Marijuana, I am not sure if people, who use that regularly, are lying on their Back Ground check applications.

Because the Medical and Mental Health Institutions are not even in agreement, among themselves, that Marijuana is even addictive.

No one is scrambling to cover him up, you don’t appoint a Special Prosecutor if you are trying to cover up, instead, you pull a Billy Barr and blanketly declare no obstruction no collusion, end of story

And Hunter, a private citizen, just like anyone else with common sense, wouldn’t offer anything that would recognize and legitimize innuendo, no one can disprove that which has yet to be proven

Yet the Biden corruption is right there for everyone to see... until Hunter explains otherwise...
