The call is simply to make the SC adopt the same rules each and every other Judge at every level has. It was assumed they would be following that as they all came up thru those ranks, so it would make no sense to know something was wrong yesterday but suddenly became ok to do, todday, simply because you got a different judge job.

I'm not a Republican. I don't mind reasonable and cost effective regulations. I have no tolerance for zero tolerance regulations. For example, I recognized in order to have the modern, technological world we live in pollution is going to happen. The question is, How much do we allow? not How do we get rid of all of it?

Today we're at the point where government is trying to do the latter, not the former, and it is wrecking the economy while doing nothing to help the environment.
