Stephen Ubl, president and CEO of the drug industry lobbying group Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America in a statement. "Unfortunately, instead of pursuing these reforms the White House has doubled down on a reckless attack on the very companies working around the clock to beat COVID-19."

Ubl described the order as "an irresponsible and unworkable policy that will give foreign governments a say in how America provides access to treatments and cures for seniors and people struggling with devastating diseases."

Why would I ask an obvious question like that, Cletus? It crashed due to the pandemic and the Toadstool's mishandling of it. It's come back quite a ways since 2020. It still has a ways to go but it will get there, just as it did under Obama, after it crashed during W's regime.
