/shrugs.....first, I've been involved with clients dealing in real estate investment for over 40 years.......I've never seen a situation where a borrower doesn't try to make his portfolio look good to bankers......bankers know it as well......that's why they use appraissers instead of giving loans based on the applications........

every human being lies on a daily basis.....you fuckwits think morality hinges on loan applications and how fat you are........meanwhile you support a president who's been taking bribes for decades.......for some reason, I just don't feel that makes me a worse Christian......

So are saying that banks do not check the property's value before giving a loan or are you saying the Trump family is so generous that they overinflated the value of their properties just so they could pay more tax money to NY?
