Again, you ignore my point. And your statement is flat out wrong.
Swift justice against a guilty party may be merciful. But swift justice also means more innocent people are convicted of crimes they did not commit.
When that happens and they are imprisoned, it is bad enough. But they can be released later. You cannot undo an execution.
Also, does the chinese government allow citizens to continue to work for the release of those wrongfully imprisoned?? (be careful answering this one)
