Yes it is my opinion that if charged with nearly 100 felonies and Trump is able to postpone his trials when 99.6% of federal prosecutions result in a convictions that any sec of state would have every right to say we are removing him from our ballot because he is likely NOT going to be eligible to serve without first being found not guilty of all charges. Only a brain dead MAGA shithead could witness Jan 6th and say Trump did not try and steal that election.
