Will Trump be on your ballot?

That wasn’t the question. It was “do you support Trump if he is convicted of these felonies” against the state. The opponent is irrelevant.

Are you for law and order and justice, or not?

I don't give a shit if Trump gets convicted or not. I give a shit that the Left isn't in power. You don't get that I see the later as the ultimate danger in politics.

None bigger than this one for '24

For you maybe.
Depends on the voter.
For me it’s support for Ukraine.
Secondary it’s the mental condition of the nominee. Neither Trump or Brandon are qualified to be a second tier dishwasher.

rump is making it more and more certain the left will remain in power.

Noted. Gardner supports felons who commit crimes against the state.

Here’s the deal about Democratic presidents, dude. The ones in the recent past. They are ranked quite favorably among presidential historians. Clinton, Obama, Biden. Biden being the lowest, about in the middle of the pack overall. The country did quite well under their leadership. No huge scandals, no massive corruption, economy OK, no wars initiated.

Yet, the recent Republicans, Bush I, Bush II and Trump are seen as pretty shitty or right there at the bottom (Trump). Massive corruption under Trump, economy tanked under Bush I and II, unnecessary war started by II, Trump bungling COVID costing untold unnecessary deaths, etc.

Yeah, and you want more of the latter?

Most women and college age girls are going to vote based on the issue that is most pressing for them. Ukraine isn't even on the radar.

The above is another example of a Trump hating TDSer who believes in guilty until proven innocent, and the efficacy of using show trials to punish their political enemies...

Show trials? Are you crazy? I guess when you commit trials in public or in front of many witnesses, the guilty until innocent-thing goes askew. Did you think Ruby was innocent until proven guilty? Hell no. That was a trial about how bad it would be for him. Trump is like that. We heard the phone calls.

They can't unless he is convicted of insurrection.

That trial will not be done before the election.

If he is convicted it doesn't matter what they want, he will automatically be disqualified.

So it doesn't matter what they want.

Nothing in the 14th amendment says the person must be convicted to be removed from a state ballot.

“Election officials and judges can conclude on their own that Trump’s conduct met the constitutional standard for disqualification". “Excluding someone from office is not a criminal penalty and thus does not require a ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ standard of proof.”

Because it would upend the entire foundation of the constitution that people have constitutional due process protections found in the 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th Amendments. Are you this much of a dipshit?

If Trump were successful in postponing his trial and a state was convinced he was ineligible to hold office and remove him from their ballot there isn't anything that the supreme court could do to force them to include him. It is that simple.

Absolutely. Will your conscience allow YOU to vote for the Godfather of the Biden crime family?

Biden has committed no crime and no one has a stitch of proof that he has. The right makes that shit up because their candidate has been indicted on nearly 100 felony charges.
