Most Comprehensive Collection of 2020 Election Fraud Evidence-The Gaslighting is Over

Hey TinkerBitch. How many Republiclowns does it take to change a light bulb?

Leave it to a MAGA Republiclown to misspell 'WHETHER'
It's missused but spelled correctly: https://grammarhow.com/whether-or-whether-or-not/
“Whether” is the grammatically correct variation. “Whether or not” is a redundant phrase because “or not” is already implied when “whether” is used to compare two options. You can use it to emphasize your point informally, but “whether” is usually the best choice.

Notice how they incorrectly used "it's" instead of "its".

The violent death imagery is interesting too.

Back what up?

All the charges are bogus.

Why do I need to pick a single one when they are all false?

You are an idiot.

Let the court decide. Meanwhile, I'm guessing most charges will stick. Team Crazy will be able to hold their meetings in prison.

Looking over all the charges without seeing the actual evidence presented by the prosecution yet, I don't see any of them sticking with the possible exception of trying to delete the video evidence at Mar a Lago. That one has the best chance of sticking as it has actual witnesses to an actual illegal activity.

All of the other charges in the two other cases are conjecture where Smith will have to convince a jury that there was even a crime committed.

That's going to be extremely hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt.

Which I why I'm content to wait for the trial.....a trial which Trump wants to avoid since he's guilty. LOL

I am waiting just like you are.

I can only speak to what we know so far which obviously is very little.

We need to see the evidence presented and what route the defense decides to go.

However, it is my belief that these cases against Trump are not being brought to convict him but to take him off the campaign trail to ultimately hurt his chances of re-election.

That is why I think Trump will walk on all of them.

But we will see.

Agreed on waiting for the evidence. Why do you think Trump keeps wanting to delay clearing his name? It should be cut and dried. The state has to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. How could a trial last longer than a day if Trump is innocent?

He wants them pushed back so he can campaign instead of sitting in court all day.

And these trials will not be over in a day lol, they will go on for weeks.

And there is no guarantee that a jury won't find him guilty, it depends on the bias of the jury although any conviction will be reversed on either appeal or by the Supreme Court but having a conviction would extremely hurt his ability to win an election.

This is why they waited until now to file all of this at once on him.

All of these cases could have been brought years ago. We know this because all of the investigations into Trump ended years ago, there have been no ongoing ones. They simply waited to indict him with the evidence they gained from the earlier investigations right after the election.

It doesn't take years to consolidate your information and convene a grand jury.

He's campaigning to avoid trial.
