What? I cite such radical Leftist publications as Vox, Slate, The Nation, or MSNBC on a regular basis as a few examples. Many of the radical Leftists here do too. Of course, our reasons for doing that are at odds with one another. In fact, I'm less inclined to cite stuff on the Right due to the expected knee jerk reaction of the Leftists to it that tends to distract and sometimes derail a thread due to their incessant ad hominem attacks against such sources.

Don't need to. The figure is derived from the annualized cost of the regulations Biden has put into place divided by the number of households in the US per the census. That averages out to $9500 per household. I can't help it if that's more money than you make in a year...
