.....it is easy to see that RICO laws were never intended to be used in situations such as an election.....

So, you have become a learned attorney? You think you know more than there lawyers in GA?

well, to be fair I became an attorney in 1978.......add four decades of practicing law to get the 'learned' part.....and no....not more....I expect Willis knows it as well as I do......she's just doing this anyway.......because "TRUMP!".....

You are sooo fullofshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't begin to imagine how Trump can handle 5 years in the slammer, which would serve him right.

He can't. The Secret Service would have problems with that. Trump's prison will be his residence in Mar-a-Lago. If Georgia mandates he stay in state, then he'll have to buy a house in Georgia and do it there....something I'm certain Melania would approve.

Oh geez. The most stupid lawyer on the planet pretending to understand the law again and failing, even though i explained it to him prior is recycling OAN and Fox talking points and even though the news agencies do realize how RICO applies here, the lawyer does not and falls for the talking points. Herp derp, herp derp.

Give it maybe 2 more times and this will sink in and then you will see PmP pretend he was never saying RiCO does not apply here.

So here is again, one more time in an attempt to clear the brain fog and cut thru your stupidity and this time we will use a real world example THAT HAPPENED so you can see it for yourself...

So PmP, show us you have the most basic ability to read and understand what you read and if you are going to maintain that RICO does not apply in this Trump case explain how it was used successfully against a bunch of educators?

I’ve read accounts that he can easily serve time in prison, a minimum security facility with his SS detail as his guards.

Ahahahahahahahahaha.

OMG you must feel so stupid now actually trying to read and apply law, and getting it so wrong, when i so easily prove you wrong with the post above.

If you are going to maintain your stupidity explain why the Educators case got thru to conviction in Georgia, by saying how RICO applied to it but does not apply to Trump and his crime syndicate?

No doubt the agents would do their duty, but there would still be problems. Yes, I'd prefer all oath-breakers and traitors do hard time, Trump presents some problems. His lawyers would argue his age and health like the NY mob bosses who acted mentally ill or sick and showed up to court babbling and in a wheelchair....which, TBH, I'd love to see Trump do. :)
