You have a right to say 'I don't accept those findings', ' I want a higher standard'.


I know a guy who will not accept 'criminal verdicts' of rape when it is a he said, she said case, as he says he needs absolute proof and not just what a jury believes happened beyond their reasonable doubt.

I get that guy too.

We can all just deny whatever standard we want short of the rape being filmed and even then you would get some deniers.


Does not change the FACT Trump was found by a jury and judge in two different trials, to have sexually assault/raped her.

That the rulings are not up to your standard is something only you care about. I certainly do not. He raped her and now we know it.

It's a simple question, when was trump convicted of rape? Show me the conviction and I'd be happy to call him a rapist. Believe me, you care more about trump than I do.

You are struggling with comprehension here.

The claim is not that he was convicted and i am fine with you saying you will only accept that standard. As i said, i have a friend who often will not even accept that standard and calls BS if the conviction is based on he said/she said, like the MIke Tyson case was.

You have that right.

That DOES NOT mean he does not have judgments against that found he sexually assaulted/raped her to another standard by both a jury and judge in separate trials.

If you want to throw both those findings out saying you need a higher standard, just as my buddy does on rape verdicts where it is he said, she said, you are all entitled use whatever standard you want.

it does not mean he did not rape her nor that he was not found to have raped her. HE DID AND WAS.

I just want a date from you when trump was convicted of rape. So simple even a leftist should be able to grasp it but apparently not.
I'll help you out, it would look something like this, XX/XX/XXXX. The "X"s will be replaced with numbers, 1,2,3 ....those numbers.

Why would i care what you want anymore than i care what my friend demands when he says a criminal conviction is not enough, if based on he said/she said.

I am not denying you your right to your standard. I am saying to the rest of us we are fine with the two different court findings establishing Trump is a sexual assault/rapist.
