Ivermection is an antiparasitic and no one has claimed it has never been used in humans. Covid is a virus and not a parasite and ivermection does nothing against a virus. It is basically a poison used to kill parasites and the dose is kept low enough to not kill you but will kill the parasite. That is why the FDA, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the European Medicines Agency, and the World Health Organization have all stated that ivermectin is not authorized or approved to treat COVID-19. It has never been banned for it's proper use only for use at fighting a virus because it doesn't.
