Medical Board Suspends Dr. Sherri Tenpenny With ZERO Due Process and NO RECOURSE

This is not American justice.
In an egregious assault on the 5th & 6th Amendments the Ohio Medical Board has suspended Dr. Sherri Tenpenny’s medical license without even a pretense of due process. So absurd was this action that the assistant AG from the #REPUBLICAN #Ohio Attorney General’s office literally argued in an open hearing that @BusyDrT does not have a right to know what she’s been accused of & that due process in the courts would “breakdown the processes of investigations.”

We are calling for legislative reform in Ohio & for the #GOP Governor – Mike DeWine – and GOP AG David Yost to state for the record whether they believe licensed professionals like doctors and lawyers should receive due process before their rights are taken away.

To be clear, this is really an action to censor Dr. Tenpenny for speaking out about COVID and the #vaccines. The state medical boards appear to be acting on behalf of the corrupt #Biden admin to continue to censor people. PLEASE HELP GET THIS OUT. #WeThePeople MUST stand against this corruption. The vaccine is a bio weapon. Saying so is legal. And a medical opinion from a trained professional is also legal.
 
The good Dr. claimed the shot magnetized people. She had 350 complaints lodged against her. She refused to cooperate in the investigation against her.

Yeah after researching this it was her fault.

She needed to comply with the board and answer questions otherwise your license get's yanked.

She chose not even to defend herself to them which they gave her a chance to do.

If she had complied with all that and they still yanked it for what she said then she could take it to court but she didn't even get that far.

She essentially wouldn't play ball and that doesn't work with companies/corporations.

Especially if they have a specific procedure laid out about how this process works.

Excellent. But it's.... it's FACTS!

The idiot OP doesn't understand that states are given the power to license certain professions and set standards for their performance and conduct. Attorneys, nurses, physicians, professional engineers, even beauticians all have boards created to protect the public. If I got a DUI, I could lose my license w/o a court hearing, particularly if I refused to respond to the investigators' queries.

She could very well get her license returned if she cooperates. The physician who killed my late husband had lost his license to practice (for drug abuse) two years before that event. But he got an attorney and made an agreement to go to rehab and have frequent drug tests, and got it back. There is evidence he was using that night he killed my husband. He even admitted in deposition that he cheated the drug tests by using other people's urine.

So yeah, this goofball could very likely get it back.

I heard a nasty rumor that Owl, big girl as she is, nonetheless drives, from time to time, under the influence of whole milk.
I wouldn't last three blocks if I tried to do that.

Yes, there are many discrepancies regarding the efficiency and adverse affects of the various Covid vaccines. Good research and tracking by true investigative journalist and reports by valid, reputable pedigreed medical scientist, doctors and researchers in the field point to this.

However, rabid anti-vaxxers and basic quackery along with anti-gov't and extreme right wing wonks take to any wild theory, supposition and conjecture join the band wagon, thus clouding the issue of legitimate criticism and concern.

Guess what? There are doctors with as many degrees saying that the vaccine is dangerous and should be discontinued. Some say arrest Fauci. Excess mortality rates are way up in every age group. Again, the obvious is taboo.
