it does explain a lot......in this instance it explained that Smith is a crappy prosecutor who had both the Republicans and the Demmycrats on the SC call him a threat.....

Again could have been another count, but charged as part of Count 1.

like his previous high profile cases there is a higher chance of mistrial than conviction.....or perhaps, the SC will get another chance to reprimand him for being a threat to the justice system.......
