This is huge, the Biden family is going to have to give testimony, it's going straight to the source.

Biden and Hunter are going to have to go on actual record about what they did.

The legal ramifications of this could be disastrous for them.

President Biden and his son Hunter may have their day in court as the House Oversight Committee prepares to subpoena the father and son duo amid the ongoing probe into the family's business dealings.

Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., joined "Mornings with Maria" Thursday to discuss the latest fallout from the Biden family business probe, telling host Maria Bartiromo that the House Oversight Committee plans to subpoena the Biden's.

"We're putting together a case, and I think we've done that very well," Rep. Comer expressed.

If the House crazies do subpoena Biden's bank records, it will be done in bad faith.

The optics of that would be very bad for the Biden's.

It's going to make the independents side with Trump.

If they aren't guilty why wouldn't they show up?

We've found 20 shell companies, 20 million paid to the Biden's from China and Ukraine, we have witnesses placing Biden in meetings with these people after he said he never was, what do you mean we have nothing?

We also have Biden, and this is the big one, threatening Ukraine to withhold a billion dollars in funding if they didn't fire one single prosecutor who was looking into the same company that his son was employed by.

Never did Biden do that with any other nation plenty of which are filled with corrupt people.

Use some common sense here.
