Right, illegal speech against the Reich must be severely punished. Speech crimes are the most serious. If people get the idea that they can say whatever they want, even using words and ideas contrary to the goals of the party, then control of the people will be impossible.

Yes, speech must be criminalized for the good of the party.

If Trump is allowed to question the 2020 election in the same way that Hillary and Biden questioned the 2016 election it would send the message that Americans have rights. democrats have spent great effort ending freedom of speech.

SCOTUS has been largely neutered....they will do as they are told here.

The WOKE dont want Trump killed, that would be too easy on him, there must be pain for what he has done.

Trump attacked the very fabric of our society and he deserves to be punished. It's not about left or right. It's about justice.
 
This would set a bad precedent.

No one in America should be above the law. Plea deals exist, and I'm not entirely opposed to them in certain circumstances. But this kind of deal has nothing to do w/ the crimes committed, or with furthering the cause of justice.

Trump should be held to full accountability under the rule of law.

Not a chance. The Court that returned abortion to the states to decide is far from neutered.

What Smith is doing is outright treason - the attempt by one man to completely alter the structure of the nation while eradicating the bill of rights.

A DC jury is likely to be as corrupt as a DC grand jury. 100% government employees who HATE Trump. I expect that the case will bring a conviction - IF it goes to trial. SCOTUS will toss it on its ear on appeal. They have smacked this corrupt scumbag Smith down before. 8-0. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the Marxists would side with the Constitutionalists.

Unless they are Hillary, or Eric Holder, or James Clapper, or Sandy Berger - or any Reich Member - laws aren't meant for democrats.

This is how Trump deals with EVERY court case brought up against him. He either settles out of court or loses.
