My only point is that even if it were true (its not) you would be doing it yourselves and saying it was okay.

Trump is a criminal and not above the law, thus he is being prosecuted for his crimes... IN a way that is separated from control by Biden.

But I'm not doing it. There was no concerted effort to litigate the talking pig in a pant suit into political oblivion. Period.

Trump is not a criminal until you convict him. Even your language gives away your true intentions. It's not justice you seek it's the removal of your political rival.

Not a lawyer, but everyone at the buffet who could have eaten the poison would be "attempted murder".

Anyone who gathers, pumps up and turns loose a violent mob should be held responsible for the actions of that mob.

If someone incited a mob to break into the town jail and lynch a prisoner, should they be held accountable for the murder? IMO, yes, they should.

I dont know what special circumstances are, but often Prosecutors charge lesser offences if they think they might want to allow the perp to plea to a lesser offence. Many prosecutors charge crimes that contain the same elements. Happens all the time.

Trump's speech is threatening prosecutors' lives and their family's lives too. if you can convince people of obvious lies, you can talk them into illegal actions and violence too. There are plenty of Trumpys waiting for orders.
