Travelness, an online travel blog, unveiling its recent reviews of the 20 most-visited cities in the world, found that Bangkok has the honor of being the world’s most-visited city, with approximately 22 million international visitors. Phuket and Pattaya, two other cities in Thailand, are also on the chart at the 14th and 15th spots, respectively, with 9.89 and 9.44 million international visitors. Paris and London are also in the top three.

I suspect that this list is quite in flux as the West gets deeper into the death spiral. Who for instance still wants to go to San Francisco after they figure out what it has become?
 
Israeli Police Close 11 Brothels in South Tel Aviv, Leaving Prostitutes Homeless

The shuttered brothels employed some 20 women, leaving some of them without permanent shelter. Tel Aviv’s Welfare Department was informed of the intent to close the brothels a few days ago, but only got an hour’s forewarning of the actual raids

Police raided 11 brothels on Sunday operating in studio apartments in south Tel Aviv's Neveh Sha'anan neighborhood, shutting them down for a month, and leaving some 20 women employed there women without permanent shelter.

The raid was conducted following a petition filed to the High Court by the neighborhood's residents, claiming that the police and the municipality were ignoring drug trafficking, prostitution and other criminals in the residential neighborhood, which in recent years have seen more established populations move in.

The police are required to respond to the petition next month, in preparation for a hearing to be held in May.

Tel Aviv’s Welfare Department was informed of the intent to close the brothels a few days ago, but only got an hour’s forewarning of the actual raids. The organizations aiding prostitutes were not informed at all about the impending closure, and were left unprepared.

Thailand is a country of origin, destination, and transit for sex trafficking. The sexual exploitation of children in Thailand is a problem. In Thailand, close to 40,000 children under the age of 16 are believed to be in the sex trade, working in clubs, bars, and brothels.
