I don't believe that Trump can introduce his state of mind without testifying. And he isn't going to testify. So it's kind of a moot point. It comes down to he said/she said. The problem Trump has is the detail problem. 'Fraud' is a broad term. A claim that 10,000 dead people voted in Georgia is specific. And Trump was told by his AG and many others that the specific claim was not true, yet he continued to repeat it.
