I guess the turbolibs weren't kidding when they said they'd get everything possible in as fast as possible. Erode liberty as much as possible now while the getting is good, because even they sense the truth that the people do not really want their shit - it has to be forced on them. It takes a fuck up like Bush souring the people on the republican party to get them in power in the first place. their policies sure as hell don't sell, or they'd not be lying about wanting to force insurance companies out of business so the government can take over.

Obama should be declared president-for-life, true. I think someone's misinterpreting, getting it completely wrong, or vastly exaggerating the effects. This wouldn't be a new happening. But conservatives will treat this new blip as absolute truth for at least twenty or so years now.

I haven't read the sections the exemptions refer to so I do have a few questions/comments.
Maybe some of the restrictions prevented INTERPOL from being able to do their job. What are the customs pertaining to other countries? Is any country able to place restrictions on INTERPOL? Do most countries have restrictions on the operation of INTERPOL?
My knowledge of INTERPOL is limited.

Law enforcement is always complaining how our constitutional protections "prevent them from doing their job". Innumerable are the times law enforcement have complained about one application or another of the exclusionary rule has ruined their case for them.
Do you want to do without our protections so the police can "do their job"? The courts have already severely weakened the exclusionary rule in the past decade. Do you think that is a good thing? Should they overturn the exclusionary rule entirely, letting illicitly obtained evidence be used with no more than a "sorry about that" when police violate civil rights?
In the same way removing the exclusionary rule would give our police a wink-and-nod green light to ignore our constitutional protections, so does removing any penalty for Interpol give them full license to abuse our citizenry in any way they choose without any recourse on the part of the people. It is a load of crap, and Obama is full in the thick of it by DELIBERATELY removing the right of the people to any recourse if interpol abuses our rights.
And yes, each and every country has full rights to say what Interpol can and cannot do within their boundaries. Interpol has no authority to override any country's internal law enforcement policies. If they think they do, they'd better hope they never come here after someone who understands and uses our 2nd Amendment rights.
