There is absolutely no way Georgia can win this in court since Trump never said to commit any illegal act or coerced anyone with a direct threat.

Trump is not an idiot and is no stranger to the court system, he knows how to cover his ass.

When he does beat all these charges it will essentially make him a martyr against corruption and the weaponization of federal and state agencies and essentially hand him the presidency.

He is probably looking forward to them.

Trump obviously didn't, they were for his personal use.

The espionage act charges are literally a joke, it's only the six charges that have any meat to them but they are technically covered under the PRA which allows the president to consider any document his own.

That will be a tough one for the prosecution to prove in court and it's doubtful they can do it with any reasonable doubt.

We already know all the evidence, the gathering of evidence has ended.

There is nothing there to convict him with.

Now they are just randomly filing charges.

Trump is no longer being investigated for anything, it's in the court phase.

The Good News. Trump really has no way to stall this pre-trial around. So, once the discovery is shared- It's time to select a jury!

If Trump really believes he is innocent, then he should be looking forward to a speedy trial, and so should all of his ASS-Kissers!

I also know that there are a handful of Republican Candidates and their supporters looking forward to a speedy trial here, as well.

Impeachment no longer means anything, Tink.

The way things are going, a president will either be impeached or threatened to be impeached
every single time that the House is run by the opposite party from his.

And the impeached president will NEVER be convicted and removed from office.

We live in a nation where two very large factions quite literally hate one another
and that hatred will always take precedent over any applicable facts.
We couldn't be seeing that more clearly.

You should at least understand what kind of shit show your own nation has become.
