Easily. Mexico has very strict laws in regards to guns, yet they have a difficult problem with violent crime and gun wielding criminals are still quite common, which is meant to say that prohibiting guns does not prevent criminals from getting them.

Not according to the pros. The dispensary owners tell us that the best stuff is Canadian. (Been hearing them on the radio a ton lately). Of course, they have to grow their own. Their stuff is waaaaaaay better than any back yard or house-grown rubbish. Southern Man might not think so, but there is a reason people pay for something that "grows like a weed on the side of the road" and it isn't because it is so easy to obtain or grow yourself.

Modern strains of marijuana do not "grows like a weed on the side of the road".
They take alot of care to grow successfully.
