WASHINGTON (CN) — A top Democrat on the GOP-led House committee investigating Hunter Biden’s business dealings accused his Republican colleagues Friday of concealing key evidence that pokes holes in the ongoing investigation into President Biden’s son.
In a scathing letter to House Oversight Committee chair Jim Comer, Maryland Congressman Jamie Raskin accused Republicans of withholding the transcript of the panel’s July 17 interview with a former FBI agent who was assigned to the agency’s investigation of Hunter Biden.
The interview, Raskin said, poured cold water on claims from Republican lawmakers that the Justice Department interfered U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ investigation into Biden’s business dealings. The special agent’s interview also provided additional context to testimony provided to the oversight committee July 19 by two Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers.

Does anyone find it interesting that the DOJ decided to attack this guy on a Saturday which is something that nobody can find has ever happened before? Odd how this just remarkably happened just two days before he was going to testify before a congressional committee.

Why won't the democrats on the house committee give the democrats the evidence?
It's not only republicans on there you know.
The real answer is that it's an ongoing investigation by them, nobody shares investigative details until it's done usually.
Why don't you go ask a detective how their murder investigation is going and see what response you get.
Besides, what is the rest of congress going to do with that information?

What "facts" are they concealing?
The FBI has had Bagman's laptop for years and done nothing with it.
The Democrats are calling the investigation a sham and for it to end immediately
A judge just threw out Bagman's plea deal for both parties, defense and prosecution, obfuscating the details of it.
As a few examples of things actually being concealed.

All we have right now on this are Weiss' and the DOJ's verbal assurances of what they did and didn't do. There's no documentary evidence to support any of it--yet. What Raskin wants is to leave it were it is and have it go away. The reason for that is likely, like virtually everything else in this case, the truth when we get to see physical documents is that Weiss either was stonewalled by, or colluded with, the DOJ to sweep Bagman's plethora of known crimes under the rug.
