He pleaded guilty to sending child porn, not rape. He's still a despicable scumbag who deserves jail time but you need a better source than "The People's Voice."

I'll refer you to NY state law. I believe Carroll said trump penetrated her but she couldn't tell if it was with a penis or a finger.
