They can't as they would have to explain why they did it.

They are currently investigating him for not registering as a foreign agent.

As far as I know that is their only investigation into him right now, it's congress who is doing the major investigation.

It's amazing how much trump operates like a mob boss - I mean, some of the dialog in the indictment sounds like it's right out of the movie "Goodfellas".

It's not made up. trump's guilty of trying to destroy evidence of his guilt. It's clearly obstruction of justice whether you want to face it or not.

It wasn't Trumps DOJ, he didn't weaponize them like Biden has.

And it wasn't the DOJ it was the FBI ran by Comey and even though there was ample evidence Comey chose not to charge her because he is a friend of the Clintons.

Comey is another lifetime Republican. He was offended when the first time he met Trump, he asked him if he would be loyal to HIM. Trump's mafia roots run deep.

If Comey was a lifelong republican he would have charged Hillary with her obvious crimes.

Being registered to a party doesn't mean you adhere to their beliefs.
