In the 'good old days,' when a tribal leader, king, or whatever was in charge and everything went to shit he was normally sacrificed or outright murdered and replaced. The brutal killing was a warning to the new leader not to fuck up.

No. I'd rather have some middle-aged, well-educated, experienced and sane people in office. Is it really too much too ask for leaders who know what they fuck they are doing and still have their wits about them?

So what age range is acceptable to you?

Since obviously everyone in this age range is more qualified than older or younger people.

Airline pilots, air traffic controllers and all gun-carrying law enforcement officers have mandatory retirement ages. I think it should be a medical fitness requirement, both mental and physical along with drug and alcohol testing as the previously mentioned groups are required to do.

Is it too much to ask that American leaders be of sound mind and body? That they be drug and alcohol free when voting as our representatives?
