The defense said yes


The prosecution said no



The prosecution are required to inform the defense of these things asshole

I read the judge said why do this when more investigations are ongoing? I don't see the logic. The other problems are not charged. They have nothing to do with these cases.
 
Just how many years does it take to investigate these things?

correct, yet Hunters lawyers seemed to think this plea agreement covers any future crimes uncovered as well.

apparently they really believe strongly in this 2 tiered form of justice
