MAJOR BREAKING: Donald Trump is accused by the Department of Justice of breaking THREE laws relating to their investigation of January 6.

Yesterday, Donald Trump revealed on social media that he received a target letter and that he was given four days to report to a Grand Jury.

We now know the DOJ will present facts to a grand jury that Donald Trump violated the following statutes:

1) CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT OFFENSE OR TO DEFRAUD THE UNITED STATES.

2) DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW.

3) TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS, VICTIM, OR INFORMANT.

The statutes listed likely refer to the prosecutor’s interest in charging Trump with obstructing the election certification process, including Trump’s efforts to pressure Mike Pence to stop the certification of President Biden’s 2020 victory.

According to a source in his own team, Trump is expected to be charged with crimes including conspiracy, obstruction, and civil rights violations.

Jack Smith is NOT messing around.
A violation of the first statute alone could carry a prison term of 5 years in prison.

Now that so many fake electors have been charged, we’re going to see some of them start singing on who prompted them to do so. I already read one indicate ‘Trump campaign’. Just who in that campaign will be interesting.

Why? They cannot win. The fake paperwork exists. The fact that they plotted to replace legal electors with themselves, is criminal. They have the forged papers too. They will be behind bars when it ends.

This case has nothing to do with Trump.

If they are guilty, then prosecute them but they aren't tied to Trump in any legal way.

Georgia didn't choose any electors.
Michigan didn't choose any electors.
New Mexico didn't choose any electors.
Nevada didn't choose any electors.
Arizona didn't choose any electors.
Wisconsin didn't choose any electors.
Pennsylvania didn't choose any electors.

There was no electoral college.
There was no election in 2020.

The election faulted due to election fraud by Democrats.
