Hard Right GA S.Ct denies Trump!

This is not unlike the 60 cases that Rudy the Drunk brought before similar courts that would normally lean Right.

Sometimes the claims are so ludicrous, even activist courts have to rule on the side of reason
 
And just to remind everyone: a sitting President is on audio pressuring an election official to "find" votes. Coincidentally, the exact # of votes he would need to win the state.

With all of the lies from election deniers about Dems "rigging" the election...can anyone imagine how it would be if Biden was on tape doing the same thing?

He did, he told the guy that there might be legal consequences, Trump was in charge of the justice department at the time.

I have read the transcripts and there was nothing illegal in them which is why no charges have been brought.

It is more than that. Trump had Graham and others call to pressure the Secretary. Trump set in motion a ring of confederates to change the election results. There are several calls. Trump made more than one.

Face it, they were waiting for election time to bring this all up, it's purely political.

If they were doing their jobs any charges would have been filed years ago.

It shouldn't be but the FBI wouldn't turn over the records which is why congress had to threaten them.

Even then the reccords were heavily redacted.

Trumps phone call was out there on day 1.
